"I am a training consultant who has recently worked with Joe at Abbeydale Grange school. Our company trains young people in film making with an aim to give them a voice to document issues that affect them. Recently Joe supported 4 young people to access an opportunity to make a film about the work of Sheffield International Venues.

When entering the school and seeing Joe interact with his pupils it is clear he has spent time developing a good rapport and two way mutual trust was evident. He is keen to see all young people achieve and this is reflected in the additional time and energy we observed him putting in on this project. I hope this is the start of a long term working relationship with the school which was warm and welcoming"
