Smoking Information on helping you to quit

·  Decide a day and time that you will stop smoking and stick to it.

·  Think about all the positive things you will experience by stopping smoking.

·  Start a new hobby.

·  Think of people who you know that will help you when you stop smoking - friends and family.

· Think of something you would like to buy yourself with the money you save by stopping smoking.

·  Throw away your cigrettes, lighters, ashtray etc.

·  Avoid places and situations where you normally have a cigarette.

·  Take one day at a time.
